The new version of Kinja sucks. When looking at comments under an article, it's totally unclear what's being shown. In the screenshot below, am I looking at one reply to the article, and then 4 replies to that reply? Or are those 5 replies to the article?
But it seems if there are comments further down than the one you originally opened you have to click on "view discussion" first before the recommend option becomes visible.
