It’s official... I know have to find out who the hell Bikini Kill are and give them a listen. 

Yes, and there are lots of subtitles for moments they are speaking Zulu, Afrikaans, etc. We even turned the English subtitles on to make sure we could understand some of the actors, kind of like we have to with Outlander.

Is Vin Diesel the new Tom Holland, or the new Mark Ruffalo? Or ... is this more of an enticement than a “spoiler?” Still, I think BOTH actors can now bust his chops a little bit in the hopes of passing on the baton or at least deflecting from their own slips. 

It’s a film about loss, demons, and alcoholism. Basketball is one of the very important things that happens along the way. The R is for the seriousness of the themes along the way ... and a couple of the toughest gut punches involve children probably your sons age.

Saw it with my Sponsor. Great movie. Very well done and very well acted by all parties involved. And yes, JUST like Hoosiers, this movie “transcends being a sports movie.” 

A little choppy at times, but we’re 3 episodes in and loving it. I love the “Jane Bond” of it all, and am curious why only 6 episodes? Then again, Bodyguard was only 6 and it was amazing. Hope Netflix puts more money into another season or 2!

You land Brian d’Arcy James and you use him for 1 freaking episode?  What a waste. 

Great call. I, too, caught the environment and smoking lines and thought similarly. I bet this becomes a mid-season reveal. Is this slated as a limited series? Or is it up in the air?

That sucks that this is how I have to hear about Pearson, which was a really good show more aligned with the “darker skies” USA is going for now. 

Did anybody watch Locke & Key or October Faction on Netflix?  I really liked them both. So, there’s a couple recommendations for those of you who love supernatural, monsters and all in a campy way. 

For me, it’s Foo Fighters. I love Dave Grohl, and recognize he’s a hysterical interview and cool dude. But I do NOT hear what others are hearing with their music. It sucks to my ears. 

This is the first I’ve heard of this and just had to look up what these are... making me feel doubly bad is that 23 and me informed me 2 years ago that I’m like 23% Polish.

Eccleston IS a great call for a villain like Von Doom.

Why must we keep going back to the Fantastic Four well yet again?  I mean ... as a series I think it’s one of Marvel’s weaker comics.
