I don’t fully get it.... but I don’t have to. I have faith in the characters and their truth. That’s what you have to let go of watching Watchmen -- control.  It’s not OUR story... it’s theirs. Accept it and enjoy it.

I rather liked it that the pilot gave as much time to some of the secondary characters and villains as it did to Abigail Spencer (who I have been in love with for years ... met her briefly once and she’s even more stunning in person). This tells me this show is actually more than just design, but will be character…

Whatever kudos The Irishman gets ... it deserves. We watched in 3 parts (1 food break and 2 card game breaks) and it was wonderful, a real game changer. There are a lot of tremendous films this year, but don’t knock The Irishman because you “feel like you’ve seen it before.” ... yeah, not like this.
