Nice to see the Angels show some sack and Angels fans show some memory and actual awareness.

Pearson definitely looks to be more serious than Suits — I think USA is done with their “Blue Skies” programming years. And “Mayor Bobby Novak” couldn’t be a bigger Rahm Emanuel clone, which means he’ll be a perfectly unlikable character. Should be fun!! 

Remember -- just like “Return of the King” winning Best Picture... GOT is being nominated this way, this year, as a CULMINATION of the series, whether you like it or not. It’s akin to a “lifetime achievement.” 

Yes, she’ll win over Brosnahan this year because of her recovery and the fact that it was the final season... OH, and that she was incredible!  But yes.

Stephen Dorff was COMPLETELY robbed of a Best Supporting nod for “True Detective” S3.  Unbelievable. This guy had the biggest comeback of anybody AND knocked it out of the park.  

It seems silly for him to stunt his creative process by limiting himself to an arbitrary number of films. ... but then again, he is a giant weirdo.

My guess is that in this community, there would be very few other homicides for which Quinlan would have to investigate. Mere “crimes” would be for lesser, more chatty detectives.

Anna T fans — if you haven’t also watched “Secret City” on Netflix, check it out. Great Australian politics / journalism show. Two seasons so far, 12 episodes total. So they load up 6 episode seasons very well, like Bodyguard.
