I was a fan of the whole cast but he was definitely a standout. Wallace Wells was also one of my favorites in the books, so I’m glad they did him right. Would definitely watch a spin-off of Wallace going around stealing people’s boyfriends. Kieran Culkin is also incredible in “Succession”

Oh yeah, I’ve been a fan of Alia Shawkat since I was a kid and saw her in “State of Grace” then when I was a teenager in “Arrested Development” and now as a thirty year old in “Search Party” so I’m glad she’s been getting some good and consistent work. Super talented and also mega cute.

I loved The Tick! I mean, it is hard to top Patrick Warburton’s version, but Peter Serafinowicz was really game.

Yeah that’s particularly rough when in Stranger Things you have kids who are supposed to be in middle or high school and then in the time between seasons they’ll have like ten growth spurts. At least The Boys doesn’t have to worry about that.

I liked Banshee alright, but his role as Hood is kind of one-dimensional. Just a cold, unflappable badass who is unstoppable in a fight (and in bed, apparently). Whereas Homelander has just so much going on, his facial expressions alone eclipse what he was able to do in Banshee. Some really good fights though.

Those guys had a pretty good sense of humor about the whole thing. I mean, you lose a golf club but you gain newfound respect for denizens of the sea and their unchecked might.

Romo’s legit. The article mentioned Madden found a second career in broadcasting, and I’m super glad Romo was able to do the same. He’s a bit of a fanboy, at times just salivating over stars, but his perspicacious nature and upbeat attitude are vastly preferable to like, Troy Aikman sleeptalking though every play.

Yeah that’s why I’m never for him dating like, a regular person such as Vicky Vale or whatever. A civilian. He needs someone as crazy as he is, who jumps off buildings wearing fetish gear. Good thing he knows some wild, leather wearing dommes in Selina and Talia.

Yeah I agree, that’s why I typically don’t watch trailers, seeing events out of context isn’t always a great way to judge how they’ll really turn out, and trailers can sometimes show things that got cut from the final version, or, conversely, show you all the good bits and ruin the mystery.

Ha I love Brave and the Bold and Aquaman is hilarious in it! I loved Justice league unlimited Aquaman with his luscious locks and badass hook hand, but it is nice seeing a light-hearted version, even if just for variety.

BC has a pretty good American accent, though I liked his one in “The Power of the Dog” a bit better. Not quite god-tier like Hugh Laurie, Christian Bale, or Daniel Radcliffe, but solid!
