Yeah his regional ideas of bigotry are pretty outdated. He thinks cause he lives in Seattle that there are zero problems there and all the racism and homophobia is concentrated in the south. Which, yes, there’s a lot of entrenched hate and lawmakers that support it down here, but there are also bigots everywhere,

I agree, if the guy was bi then there’s really not much of a reason to come out to his GF if he doesn’t want to unless it affected their relationship. Unless as Dan assumes he was cheating on her with guys during his “alone time” which, if he was actually depressed and not lying about that, I don’t really see

And how do we know their social media intern didn’t accidentally try to pick a fight with Tyson Chicken and then just roll with this Neil takedown to make sure nobody notices.

As far as non-Coen Clooney goes, I think one of his better performances was “Up in the Air” he was a perfect choice for someone to be charming and cynical without seeming like a stereotype or leaning towards edgy or disaffected. The film wasn’t perfect, but he was super and if I ever had to get fired, I’d want him to

Given the subject is pokemon, shouldn’t it be “Gurrdurr” yourself for battle? ok, I’m out *escape rope*

Racing to a red light, as they say in “True Detective”

It seems like while you don’t like the process of explaining things such as pop culture to his girls, that is probably what gets him off. Dating people who haven’t been around enough to read as many books or just exist during a time period and absorb the milieu through osmosis. So he can explain things to them.

Seriously, it is like you said in another post, how many actresses have had their careers boosted by calling powerful men out? Like, it might get them in the news, but other powerful industry guys are going to look at them and be like “that’s a troublemaker I don’t want her on my set in case me or my friends do

Daaaaaamn Pops

As the article mentions, April is sexual assault awareness month, so maybe that also factored into her decision to pick now rather than later. I agree that crying shouldn’t make her post less legitimate, because people should stop labeling crying as a weak or exclusively feminine emotion. The fact she was open about

Now you make me want to see Esparza as a crooked, seedy mob lawyer. Basically how Meloni plays Nick Sax as a much more screwed up version of Stabler, this would be Barba just a total sleaze Saul Goodman type. But with way fancier suits of course.

Looking forward to a followup interview with the narrator of this gem “Transcending history and the world, a tale of souls and swords, eternally retold

Thanks for the heads up! Damn. That’s very disappointing yet not surprising.

He was deliberately vague, but the fact he did it only the once and was able to stop (if we believe what he wrote) then that makes me think it was just coke. I don’t think a partner would get upset over him taking non-addictive drugs like pot or shrooms. Hopefully.

The fact that the letter writer was so vague about the drug of choice makes me think it was likely harder than pot but the fact he was able to do it just the one time, tell his girlfriend about it, and not do it anymore shows he’s not an addict so doing a few rails once in a while isn’t a bad thing for a childless

Oblongs was good, Mission Hill was great (and I loved them using Cake for their theme song)

keep doing god’s work there! I also am a fan of that movie and Meloni’s contribution to it.

I miss his rapport with Munch so much. Those guys were the unsung MVPs. Them and Barba.

Meloni’s facial expressions and reaction shots in “Happy!” were the best part. Like, I enjoyed a lot of it, even the really weird stuff, but he somehow anchored the scenes by making them funnier, which seems counterintuitive. But it worked for him. I also ascribe to the theory that Nick Sax is just an alias for

Love Barba and the actor who portrays him. Raul Esparza also took notorious creepy loser, Fredrick Chilton, and made him one of my favorite characters on the “Hannibal” show. So his miracles and sartorial choices know no bounds! He was good on “Bojack Horseman” as well.
