I think DS9 was the last Star Trek series that wholly satisfied me. I originally balked at the concept of a space station since there would be the lack of exploration. But slowly and surely, this show grew to be probably my favorite Trek in the series overall.

Garak is all over the documentary

I watched the documentary over the weekend, I got in on the funding early enough still to get a streaming link.

Remember when nine episodes wasn’t an entire season a la HBO?

The air of relief at my facility today is palpable. We were all operating under ESCHATON protocols. Dr. 010 had already distributed the caplets to the rank and file, and I was moments away from initiating AUTOCLAVE. I think the XXXX in cell 4 knew what was happening, because one of the XXXX made what you could call

The polarization on this is going to be like the fable of the two mules. The only difference is they both die of starvation.

I’m a fan of voting with one’s feet. You can always walk away and leave it all behind. When you hear the words, just start walking. When they start laughing, just keep on walking. Then you’ll start hearing them tell you to stop: they don’t want to lose their audience/victim. Ignore them: Keep on walking. They

How the hell could you go 5 fucking days without a shower working on that filthy beast?

I agree, I think a lot of people look at leg room as a luxury however for a lot of taller people its really more of necessity that has to be given up to fly.

Round tail lights were a hallmark for the Vette. As much as the new Vettes are attractive in the front, the rear of the C6 was the best it ever got.

I’d rather have a C6 Grand Sport.

Absolutely agreed. That’s why I bought this 3 months ago:

HAH! Joke’s on you, jerk. America no longer even wants to lead in tech, or anything else. Well, defense spending, but that’s a given. And we are kicking your ass in defense spending!

This comes from a country that has for decades relied on hacking and stealing tech from US firms to compete.

I produce most of my electricity from solar panels and I live in Ohio, where there is no sunlight for half the year. The install was about $7k, because I did it myself, mostly.  It helps to have an electrician friend.

I think the advantage for China is that it allows them to move the pollution causing activity outside of the cities. But yeah, it’s amazing how many people think that electric cars are pollution free.

Without RWD there’s nothing to set BMW above any other FWD sedan, apart from the badge. Anyone who buys these are vapid attention seekers, blinded by badge snobbery and should be avoided at all costs, both on the road and in life.

I guess different studies get different results. I also found this:

Don’t believe the fake news lies coming from “Big Penetration” about Kroil. It is pure mana handed down by the gods.

I think I’ll need a closed container to carry air.
