I sold a house that way. It cost $300 to list on MLS, another $300-400 to pay a lawyer for closing. We had agents coming and going with their buyers, but in the end ended up selling to someone without an agent. It was pretty cool!

Yup...three-point turn goes *left-up flick* for reverse, then *flick-flick* into my preferred B mode. I feel like that shifter is the first thing I’ll break if it isn’t my exterior door handle. But...I got used to the shifter soon enough.
