Maybe so. I only did one playthrough with the male version. The voice just never clicked with me.

Well. I picked her initially because I tend to like female protagonists more (like Commander Shephard in Mass Effect was better acted IMO). But barely into the game I was quite taken with the quality of her voice acting. It really helped immerse me into the game in those early hours.
