Agree so hard.

You've come a long way Vectorman

Some of my fondest memories of the PS1 era right here.

There are plenty of great games on the 3DS, but FFTA3 would be a gift from the gods.

The mesh on the model seems a bit blocky. It's a shame, I don't normally notice things like that.

My dungeon heart is broken :-(

There could be many reasons for lack of stock availability. I never said that the performance was better or worse than nvidia either, the tech is genuinely impressive. That doesn't change the fact that in the desktop space AMD hold a lesser presence than the competition and that this is a trend going over years.

This is very cool but I am not totally convinced that the AMD tech which it's using will be utilised to it's fullest. AMD currently have ~25% market share for CPUs (where Mantle is implemented) and ~21% for GPU as of the end of 2013. I presume here that Mantle will require AMD components for both. If the user base

Just in case it makes you feel better he's more of less admitted it himself:

The Riddick game for PS3/Xbox 360 was actually very good. Though it was based on an earlier Xbox game so may not count.

Even in the more limited entertainment space that is under discussion here (MOBAs and RTS) the most popular games seem to have an enduring appeal that has seen them persevere against newer competition. I would hardly say either DOTA2 or LoL have cutting edge graphics and I don't think that visuals will ever prove to

I think you may have missed the expression in that .gif . The console has so much potential that is absolutely untouched at the moment.

As a Vita owner and fan:

Everything I have read about the departure makes it sound far less acrimonious than that. The clarification of Payton's role was made after he had already left and seems more like an attempt by 343 to emphasize the fact that his departure wouldn't affect production of Halo 4 , not putting Payton in his place.

I don't think Payton's departure from 343 was a 'firing' type scenario. Sounds more like a difference in approach. Reading between the lines on the statements made the studio head, Payton's cinematic and narrative driven focus didn't gel with the rest of the teams vision and led to him being relabeled a Narrative

I just read up on this and at the time Ryan Payton (the project head) seems relatively frank in the aftermath of the KS about the support he received from his former industry contacts (both from his time as a journalist and a producer).

More the quality of it. It's not normally a bugbear of mine but the parcel I received was badly damaged and the item tarnished as a result. And no I do not mean a bear sized bug ;)
