I started both ‘The Underground Railroad’ by Colson Whitehead and ‘Shrill’ by Lindy West this weekend. Both are fantastic.

I just read The Humans and wish I could’ve seen Sarah Steele’s performance. I like her a lot.

Did anyone see that Broadway musical where they cast a black guy as George WASHINGTON?! And Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and Aaron Burr are all black as well! And they have this Latino guy playing Alexander Hamilton! Those guys weren’t even fictional...and people are not only BUYING it, they love it! Crazy...
