Who was totally proven wrong by the rest of the comments, like totally.

It is in every episode. Check Adventure Time wikia, it's like the oldest easter egg in the show, which just happened to get briefly used as a plot point.

The virus makes people who have been in space stronger, because SCIENCE!

Oh, I'm not saying the commentary was stupid or misinformed, just that its introduction felt very abrupt and unnatural, which was surprising since that's one of the forte of the series—to present natural dialogues.

I was thinking of the exchange between Jenny and Pete in the first half, the "men are physically stronger" bit, which for me sounded like CK didn't really understand what feminism (to use the F-word) is about. But maybe that's just because I'm used to reading stupid comments on gender equality all day long.

The political comments are always my least favorite part of the series, but in this episode it felt especially shoe-horned.
Didn't really like the "men are better than women" bit as well, for all sorts of reasons. Though I like the way Pete and Jenny's conversation unfolded quite naturally, jumping from one subject to

I'll always be uncomfortable with a show written by One Single Dude which addresses complex issues like gender similarities/differences in such an off-handed way.
I wonder if it was more subtle in "Louie", or if it's me who's changed…

But doesn't it get you down again?

Hidden tracks? That's so 2000, man. It's all about pregap tracks now! I'm talking 2 Many DJs, Blur, Queens of the Stone Age…

I hope it's not going to tank!
…Shit, wrong lexical field.

I keep waiting for her to snap and strangle him. At least that's my season finale prediction.

We'll make them pay for that wall!

Vraiment un excellent épisode. "Really an excellent episode."
J'ai l'impression d'avoir déjà entendu la voix du type qui parle en français, mais je ne sais plus où. "I have the feeling I heard the voice of the guy speaking French somewhere else, but I couldn't say where."

I blame Hitler.

Thanks for the coverage! I never commented but always enjoyed reading your insightful analysis of each episode.

"Ron Swanson" is only in one episode (but oh my, what a role!). Expect your fair share of the rest!

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I wasn't trying to say he was worthy of scorn; to be honest, I'm also trying to factor this in, since I found out about it yesterday. I love Bowie, his music and what he stands for, so I was just trying to get other people's opinion of this fact.
Sorry if that came out as rude or

Oh, I'm well aware, and the number of similar cases is quite chilling…

I know this is derailing the thread, but among all the praise for Bowie, I'd like it to be mentioned every now and then that he also had sex (to not use the R-word) with an underage girl, probably several in fact, in the 70s.
This doesn't make him less praise-worthy for the story detailed here, it just gives a more

It's already done, and his name is Michael C. Hall.
Now, it's not the Bowie we wanted, but…
