Racism is stupidity. She is racist and stupid, a regular Becky.

Seriously. These are your labels, we have had to learn to live with them.
It all depend upon you perspective. I would consider it a work party, as do many people who work in the industry. But hey if shucking and jiving is your cup on tea knock yourself out. There are endless opportunities available for you to do just that.
I am intelligent, but dyslexic. There is no point in correcting my spelling I will never, ever get it right. But if you can focus on the concepts you will see that my contributions are valuable. If you would like to act as my free personal proofreader I would welcome it.
“I can see why Ashley thought he’d be eager to do it for the fiftieth time.” This is were we disagree. I don’t think at a work party with your wife, it is reasonable to expect a performance, when preforming is your paid work.
Late night show appearances = work. Awards ceremony = personal time.
I loved Lisa Bonet in this moment.
Breathing near a white woman would hurt her feelings.
OOPS Correction...an outfit at the Oscars is NOT an example of this.
I don’t think that white society trying to emasculate the black man is either nonsense or divisive. This actually happens and America has a long history of this behavior to claim otherwise is ignorant, it is not paranoid for black men to believe society trying to emasculate them.
“We are all born naked and the rest is drag”-RuPaul (not me)

Clothes are not your masculinity or femininity. We are all born naked and the rest is drag.
The best outfit in years. Go Christian Siriano. And boy did Billy Porter wear the shit out of it. I am a woman and I would wear this in a heartbeat.
I know I am aging myself, but this is strangle reminiscent of Tawana Brawley case. I keep getting flashes of Do The Right Thing and the incredibly controversial and conversation provoking statement Tawana Told The Truth.
Let me try this again.
I have said that people of the same race have shared experience, and that this is as a result of a racist legacy. Shared experience is not shared thought. It is not racist to communicate shared experience, it is racist to deny it’s existence.
I will not answer that because that is not something I have claimed in this thread. Please stick to the actual contents of this conversation.
All white Americans are not decedents of slavery. Is not racist according to you, therefore it is not racist to say all white Americans don’t experience the legacy of slavery from the perspective as most African Americans who are decedents of slavery.
Most black Americans especially, have an intimate understanding of white American culture. Is that racist?
