@y2julio: Because what they do is up to them, just because a bunch of game companies sue the makers of R4 carts doesn't mean all the other industries have to start lawsuits against the makers of discs.

@y2julio: No they aren't, but they are producing the carts needed to play the roms on the DS.

@excaliburps: I don't think you will do since it is set something like 500 years after the first game. But I'm sure there are meant to be a few characters and references to the first game you might not notice without having played it.

I've played Prison Tycoon 1 before, I didn't have a clue what I was to do and couldn't get anything to happen no matter how many times I told a prisoner to do something. I doubt Prison Tycoon 4 will be better.
