I love this suit too. It makes the city look photo real in contrast.

I can’t get over how all of those images look like bad photoshop. My brain just doesn’t want to accept it without my eyes seeing it in-motion:

looking real good! makes me regret that I chose the classic suit instead to recreate the amazing fantasy 15th cover

Maybe people like Philip Marlowe, the Shadow, the Lone Ranger. If they’re extremely ambitious they might try to make a non-racist Fu Manchu. Moore did make a few teams for this time with pulp characters, as did Warren Ellis did in Planetary. It would be a shame to just repeat these, so I would be on board for the

I kid the show a bit, I actually like both things and Eva Green, damn was she good on that show.

It’s a character that has changed appearance and mannerism a dozen times already, and they never made a storyline to explain while he has this specific look this time. But because there is a change of gender, suddenly you need a storyline and a specific reason why?

you don’t have to tell us how old you are, because every word you wrote pretty much screamed old man.

Or perhaps it’s because Jodie is a spectacular actor?

That was my only complaint. Good trailer, thought the song not only wasn’t that great, but didn’t gel with what I was seeing.

Not a fan of the song, but that trailer has me sold. Good or bad, this iteration of the series feels *new* and after what seemed like a lifetime under Moffat I'm totally ready for that.

It’s just preparing for the midterms.

On the bright side, it could be they spotted a planet killer asteroid on a collision course with the planet.

we’ll just agree to disagree :D

I would definitely recommend checking out the new Rebuild movies - they’re a nice update to the original with enough changes to keep things interesting. Anime landscape has changed but Eva still does psychologically-breaking-down-and-ruining-its-characters quite well.

You have every right to be wrong.

I would think that the Iron Spider image is a bit of a spoiler, like the Giant Man At the airport Lego set that came out before Civil War.

That’s not Rocky, tho. Only one picture of him survives:

Approve Human Yoda does.

Not sure we shouldn’t slap you round the ear with a rolled up copy of Ocean Comics version of Popeye. Elzie Segar had a real life inspiration for the most famous cast member of Thimble Theater, his sailor (unless you think he’s a cowboy) was modeled on Frank “Rocky” Fiegel.
