It's a reference to the still married to MJ Spidey we will meet again in the upcoming "Secret Wars!"
I've had RE5 for years and that first level where you had to survive until the helicopter comes annoyed me so bad I have yet to go back to it—but all this RE talk is renewing my interest.
The PS2 version is the only one I've known and it was probably my favorite game back in college—testament to the game I suppose.
Going to Japan for the FIRST time in a couple of months and on the top of my list to see is the Ghibli museum!
