Is this true or are you just pulling peoples legs? I feel like it is, but at the same time, I almost feel like that is to simplistic to be it haha.

It is important to make the distinction of winter tires though.
2WD with winter tires is still better than AWD with all-season or summer tires, which in the US is sadly how most people drive.
I am an average middle class 23 year old that is just a year out of college, and every single pair of pants that I own I have had tailored.
I am short (5’4”ish) and kind of chubby and I am basically all torso, very short legs. I have never once found a pair of pants that fit me properly, anything that fits at the waist…
Same problem here, it doesn’t help that I am kind of chubby. It’s nearly impossible to find pants that fit correctly, so I just buy something close and get them tailored.
Yeah my old phone is just right on that cusp where things started to move differently. I have a Samsung GS4 and can’t wait to upgrade because of the issues it’s had and some of the ones that are slowly developing for my phone.
As cool as this is, for just 3 cords, I feel like 3 long nails in that stud would have worked just as well at less then 1% of the time or cost investment. Am I missing some amazing functionality here?
The article was changed, it stated 1 year this morning.
It says right in the article, jail time up to a maximum of 1 year for reckless driving.
Without getting too specific I am in the rural areas that surround the Canton area.
Never thought I would say this in my lifetime: Way to go New Jersey!
Come on up to where I live in the redneck part of Northeast Ohio. If you can drive for more than 50 miles on any road in my county without seeing at least 1 person rolling coal, I will personally bake you cookies.
I guess you never read comment chains before making comments. Had you done so, it would have been abundantly clear that I was talking about a terminal cleaning brush and not a can of soda. Especially since the originating comment that I had posted in the discussion was about the fact that I thought this was a bad tip…
You may want to try actually reading comment threads before making comments on them. I was very obviously talking about a battery terminal cleaning brush that I had linked to in my original comment.
As I am also a pretty active member over at Jalopnik, I would make the argument that if someone is too afraid to disconnect the leads from the battery, they probably shouldn’t be driving a vehicle at all. I mean heck, would they be too scared to jump their car if the battery went dead?
This is one of those things that is so small and cheap, you just buy one and throw in your glovebox or your emergency kit in the trunk.
Or you know, just buy one of these and clean them properly instead of dumping acidic sugar water all over your car and it’s electrical system.
TIL: Airplane exit doors use Time Lord technology.
Would they need one? I feel like with the squishy bodies and stuff, they could take a pretty good hit without causing much damage.
Then again, I don’t know much about octopi or squid.
$2000 and an ungodly amount of their families time which when added up, probably gets them close to the $30k mark anyway.
Some people have money, some people have time, you do what you can with what you got.
Even for an early 90’s engine, 210K is barely a drop in the bucket as long as it was kept in proper maintenance. Normally random Joe Blow isn’t going to be buying an NSX, the people who tend to buy them also tend to be the people who actually care about cars. Honestly, as long as it came back with a clean PPI, no…
