Nah, there have been plenty of times where I thought a game was just too long and I grew tired of it. JRPGs are a good example. I don't mind a 40-50 hour adventure if they're good, but some of my favorite RPGs were only like 30 hours(Lunar). I got bored of Lost Odyssey and quit somewhere on the third disc.

My dvd burner was broken for about 2 years, and I didn't bother to replace it until I built a completely new computer just a few months ago.

I guess the iOS google maps still used raster graphics because they never updated it.

Google maps on Android has vector graphics, and also allows you to download/preload areas. I have the whole San Francisco bay area saved to my phone already.
