you should be able to get a 1080ti inside your budget which i believe generally benchmarks around the same as a 2070 super on most games, i picked one up a few weeks ago and it seems capable running the likes of Alyx on my Quest 2. id say your mainboard and CPU are still up to the task, especially if its a 2xxx series…
