i think its kind of allowed if you will, if im right the shrine at Asakusa is even geared towards business and such which is why there are tons of stalls and such selling things around there, its not considered disrespectful or anything to have some form of advertising there as far as im aware.

yu could actually create and share graffiti on the original via the dreamcast 56k modem, or i think you could i never had the modem but you could definitely create your own not that i ever did as it was a right ballache to do
