ok theyve really run out of ideas if theyre bringing captain planet back, i never liked the show and yet right now the theme music is playing in my head, i literally remember every word of it! its almost scary to think just how much of my brain space is taken up by 80s/90s adverts and theme songs

interesting but highly unlikely ill be able to get past the fact its a musical, i cant stand them

well done Mr Ward you crafted a truly epic story. weird, wrong, tragic, funny and heartwrenching, far above and beyond almost anything CN have ever put out (only samurai jack comes close)

i wish i could be upset about this but no matter how i try i just cant seem to like any of the guardians

damn i havent seem milk&cheese for years, it was possibly my favourite bit in the tank girl comics in the 90s (here they were published by manga and had a few other strips in every month) i really should get hold of a collection book of them

what i didnt like: long musical numbers, i just dont think there was the need for them, it just seemed like filler as did most of the kingston backstory, you could probably cut enough of the less important scenes and trim it down to 10 episodes and it would be better for it

also if he did what he did then he saved vanessa, meaning the events of the movie never happened, i cant help but think theyll name the next movie deadpool 2 again or of the like

i watched the first season a while back but it kind of felt a bit like one punch man but not as good, not unwatchable by any means but i found myself drawing parallels between the shows a lot

this was a great series,i hope they do it justice on screen
