I could not agree more, I have one of these and it’s by far the best laptop I have ever had the pleasure to own and working in IT I see a lot of laptops, many are pretty nice but nothing outranks the x1 it’s a near perfect laptop, I just wish I could afford the upgrade to the 16gb ram model

are you really having no issues? i cant understand why my experience with them was so bad, i tried multiple systems from several locations but every time id have to try several servers to even get a connection at all and then it was very lucky if it was usable

i had nord around 6 months ago, i had nothing but connection issues, sometimes itd take me over half an hour to get a connection to any server. private internet access can be had for $39.99 for 12 months and is miles better service wise

i had/have NordVPN and its shockingly bad, sure the app lists a ton of servers but i can never connect to any, i have spent over half an hour trying to get the thing to connect to anything before with no luck, its worked occasionally but never often enough to be reliable, i cant understand how or why it gets such good…
