that sounds really good, i love trying out different methods of making coffee, sadly im in the uk so its a long old way to miami, i do have moka pot though so i may well give this a go, no doubt it wont be as good as if someone experienced had made it but its worth a try
some will scream that anything added is sacrilegious but personally i think its fair to add anything you like to make it to your tastes, just be careful not to overdo it, you want to enhance or add to the flavour the coffee not overpower it or water it down too much
mines nothing too special, a gaggia classic modded with a rancillio steam arm, OPV mod, and 15g RST filter basket, grinder is a mazzer super jolly (i got it very cheap!) and beans from an excellent local roaster. so not the most high end setup in the world but i can still pull a cracking shot off it
