I slightly disagree. The Obama administration has accomplished several important steps (Iran Deal, Affordable Care Act, LGBTQ rights, Lilly Ledbetter, Bin Laden, etc.) despite the incompetency of the Democratic Party against the fucking GOP. Obama has had less executive orders than most of the previous presidents,

I think they could be trying to drive a wedge between Trump and the Republicans in Congress who want to investigate Russia’s involvement in the hacking.

From what I can tell, it’s already looking to drive a huge wedge between Congress and Trump.

I don’t buy into the myth of the incompetent Democratic Party. We’ve seen some gains: advancement in LGBT rights and expanded healthcare. Decriminalization of weed, while it can seem like a petty issue, can take away one of the tools used by the police state to persecute various “dissedent” and vulnerable people. I

No idea, really. If the events of the last few months taught me nothing, it taught me that I am politically inept.

There won’t be any consequences. The Trump administration will roll back this order as soon as they take office. If Mr. Putin thought there was some possibility of this being a long term thing history has proven (see Georgia and Ukraine) he would not be taking “the high road”, but he knows he has a friend in Mr. Trump

That’s terrifying only if you believe the Kremlin organizes these parties to harm children. At which point you’d be practically a pizzagater.

That, or Putin isn’t going to do anything because he already knows how things are going to go with his puppet, I mean the U.S. president-elect.

Anyone else get the sense that the Obama administration and Democrats are setting something up? Some larger, invisible machinery might be at work.

Unacceptable.

I’m going to light a candle for Billie. What she’s going through right now must be unimaginably hard.

The way I keep muttering “Oh for fuck’s sake,” at this endless succession of bad news, I’m beginning to suspect I’m living in a British sitcom.

My mom loves Debbie Reynolds and is concerned for her. That family has a lot of sadness recently.

What the FUCKING FUCK.

FUCKING ENOUGH ALREADY, OKAY 2016?

Agreed. Speaking as a 24 year old who lost her grandma and father just a month apart (a few months ago), a strong support system has been the only thing keeping me sane. I only wish the absolute best for her.

OHHHH COME FUCKING ON. 2016.

I was worrying about her. To lose her mother and maybe her grandmother so close together.

This reminds me of how one set of grandparents went, my grandfather died at 90 then within 3 days my grandmother went as well she just couldn’t take the grief.
