I watched it on Netflix over the past week or so. Great stuff, though I'll miss Jane Lynch. I have never enjoyed anything Megan Mullally has done, so I do not think she's going to be an acceptable replacement.

That's why I didn't watch DS9 until college. First they had been dicking around with the time it aired for a few years, and it wasn't even that good a show yet. When it started getting good, I was driving, and was always out when it was on.

I never warmed to Lwaxana. I was always disappointed when I'd turn on the TV and she was trying to get into Picard's pants.

Oh, O'Brien is the shit. I was so glad that they gave him a regular role on DS9. Except O'Brien got put through the worst shit. Like that episode where he was put in mind prison and killed his cellmate? Brutal!

It was great that they had a tough woman on the bridge, yeah. It's a shame that Ro Laren didn't become a regular over on DS9. She was way better than Major Kira.
