Well, the lack of proof is an excellent reason to deny that. The fact that some (not 99%) religions believe in an afterlife means nothing, since they also believe in things like virgin births, resurrections, candles that burn for days and days, etc. I absolutely love the idea of ghosts and love a good scary movie

Of course the experience is real for those that experienced it, doesn’t mean their reasoning is accurate. (I’ve experienced hallucinations 100x more real than the vast majority of ghost stories, guess what I’m pretty sure they weren’t). This summer I visited Key West and saw Robert the Doll. A supposedly haunted doll that was said to cause all manner of trouble when only the child who owned him was around. Can’t imagine what could have possibly been actually happening there!
