Agree with everything you said about this Garrett! Love this little thing. It just looks like a winner IMHO, and reading the specs, it gets more awesome by the minute. Must definitely be a Cherokee thing, cause I (sadly) have a MJ that's been cooped up in a garage for 3 years now :( (college 1000 miles away from home

Youtube likes to wait a while before they give you a lump sum.

BTW my decision to sell it was strengthened by the sound of main bearings grinding together. Found out afterwords from my brother that he was hooning it through the woods as a "rally car" and it ended up in a creek at one point.

'99 VW Jetta 2.slow. My dad acquired it just before my senior year in high school (he had an Astro with 230,000+ miles that was blowing up, friend of his wanted to trade this for it). Learned to drive stick in it, burnt up the clutch, had the exhaust fall off, and parked in in March after a local state trooper told me

That Taurus didn't show up until 2000. Still better than the "bugeye" Taurus.

I'm a UNOH student, and there's a large population of students that drive big diesel trucks. Low and behold, hardly any of them can drive (most of them are pavement queens, despite their owner's big claims). Yesterday, our first day back from class, I ended up 5 minutes late to class due to multiple kids who couldn't

As much as it saddens me to hit CP, it's just a few thousand too expensive :(

Is it bad I happen to be wearing a No Fear T today?

I remember watching this video as a 7 year old kid. I still think it's one of the greatest videos of all time.

It is factory. One of the instructors at UNOH owns one.

What timing! My Custom Engine Building teacher here at UNOH (who's in his mid 1960's, and doesn't know what Jalopnik is) showed us the Farwell video today lol. He's been showing us old oddball engines all session long lol. He's stated the weirdest engine he's worked on was a 2 cylinder out of an old Autocar coal truck

Look it up, it stands for "Heritage High Roof." yeah....

Then I guess Maine is unique lol. I had parallel park, drive in reverse 50 ft (to prove I could operate my vehicle in a stable manner), and had to pull onto an on ramp. It came out to about 30 minutes of driving around town. I had to take it twice, so I know it wasn't a fluke.

In Maine they test your on ramp skills. It's just state to state.
