Never said there was anything nefarious. I do think it’s mildly pointless to push back a game release though. In-person, brick and mortar sales are a minority, and have been for a bit now.

53% of game sales for Sony were digital last year - those that want the game would have downloaded it, most other sales are done online. So no, I don’t think it would be *that* large of a impact. Or that crappy of a situation personally for the game companies- they just won’t be able to do the traditional ‘in store

“... Best for our players...”
“...global crisis is preventing us from providing the launch experience our players deserve.”

...getting the most money out of the gaming community as possible”

FTFY.

lol. The first things Sony has done for that’s actually pro-customer.

I keep picturing the Gamestop upper management as a bad impersonation of Ralph from the simpsons...

Perhaps he thought flipping the bird would enable him to fly like a bird...?

The design looks alot like a older lego motorcycle.

our walmart carries it at $1.88 a can. Not quite Bang-level cheap, but- in my minority opinion much better tasting.

Really a individual tastebuds thing. Red bull, to me, is about the worst flavor in the world. Can’t do it as a mix in, flavored, e.t.c.

Well put.

different tastes. Same could be said about sports games, shooters, etc. Personally I find MOBA’s to be hot garbage that are about as fun as any F2P mobile game.

Realistically RTS’s died for the same reason turn based RPG’s did- because publishers listened to analysts over fans and prior sales.
Proof is in the

oh my god. the wanting of the plushies and the drink stirrers is intense on my end.

4 buildings does not equal base building. It's a copout so they can say "look we can has base building"

I think the desire for innovation for innovations sake is seriously dumb. There is nothing wrong with refinement and expanding on concepts.

I always felt company of heroes helped kill off RTS titles. Ditching the base building mechanics always felt disappointing at best for me. Then everyone else jumped on the bandwagon. Then RTS kinda died off.

I'm pretty sure that the trick to getting Rick bottom prices from a shopkeeper in RL does still involve blowing... Just not into their face.

Thank you for reassuring me that there are other intelligent sane people on the internet that also think the outrage should be at appropriate sources.

This article is an EXTREME stretch. The game is meant as satire- it’s clearly so. It’s driven home in game. Not everything has to be a moral /existential validation crisis.

I’m guessing this is a production delay- not a actual working on the game delay (although, they’ll likely do some bug addressing). I imagine that the movement to immediately before Cyberpunk isn’t exactly a coincidence.

Ok. Pre coffee fail. N64 controller was worse. Not sure how I could have forgotten that.
