The rich black people contribute to higher rents and gentrification is the point , whether or not they’re wanted is besides the point . The point is that when rich people can afford rent in a neighborhood where no one else can this leads to gentrification

The problem I see is that you want people to wait around til natives in a community get more education get more qualifications etc before they decide to move their companies into the neighborhood. But it will never work this way .
