Show of (claw-shaped) hands, who’s a bit disappointed that the Valve splash didn’t have the back of a Lego minifig’s head..?

And for those against it, there’s no way MS would cut off CoD from PS now as it would prove Sony right and potentially block any future acquisitions that MS might want to make.

I don’t think Sony is going anywhere. The only losers here are the gamers.

Sony is still making more money than ActivisionBliz and microsoft combined currently. this deal makes microsoft the 3rd largest in the gaming market. blocking this merger is really just providing Sony an opportunity to solidify a monopoly they have been barreling towards since the xbox one flopped.

When you get the lightning proof helm its a lot of fun running around with metal items in a storm, nuking enemies with the wrath of god while you are completely unharmed.

I can already tell you’ve put more thought into the plot of this game than whoever made it.

Duping doesn’t really reduce the mechanical difficulty of the game or anything, all it is doing is sidestepping the need to spend hours farming the game for those materials because the developer made them far too scarce, and assumed you would spend hours upon hours just grinding mindlessly. But that is by far the

My wife has a theory that Addison is a secret Yiga clan member with some elaborate scheme to waste Link’s time.

I agree very strongly with this. I’m a lifelong Zelda fan and I have lived long enough to have played them all. I agree that the timeline was a marketing gimmick to appeal to people that don’t fully understand the true spirit of the series. I have finished TOTK, I have finished every other Zelda game. I never have

Unfortunately, Nintendo has been a little indirect in its messaging about how Breath of the Wild and its sequel slot into the established chronology of Zelda, because according to producer Eiji Aonuma and director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, they take place at the end of the timeline, but which of its branching stories it

I remember a long time ago there was a post that would go around on social media of someone relating how they asked a guy they were trying to get to know what kind of video games they liked. They answered Crusader Kings II, and when the storyteller asked what else they responded that no it was just that one.

A country that - lets not sit around and try to gatekeep or beat around the bush - isn’t exactly known for it’s gender parity towards women.

I no longer look at a game’s length as a primary statistic on purchasing a game. Time is a resource at my age, is growing more limited.

And? VRR is one of the most useful additions to this generation as it reduces screen tear and judder to be completely nonesistent. It is also becoming commonplace on new sets since it is a noticable improvement. Also the resolution difference is significant for some titles. It can be the difference between a static

Having a different opinion is one thing, aggressively obfuscating your colleague’s writing is another.

I don’t at all see how that feels like they’re “trying to farm clicks by appealing to drama.” To me, that’s a bit silly. Sure, might’ve been worth acknowledging that one of the other authors on the site gave it a negative review, but saying that not acknowledging it is farming clicks by appealing to drama is not a

Except game streaming in the U.S. sucks and isn’t going to be viable for years to come.

And only 11 of those hours are cutscenes.”

Like I said, no point to a physical release if you need digital patches/downloads/updates to run it anyway. Think the days of Wii U where the games were “complete” on the disc are over. Hence why if a game gets a physical release well after all all updates/patches/DLC release, and the game is in a complete playable

Digital first, patch it, release digital DLCs later, patch them, finish rollout, call the game done with, release a Game of the Year physical edition that never requires patches and includes all DLC, everyone happy.
