In my case, at my current apartment (and as an option in my next apartment), I charge overnight at 110v, which is fine for me, since I work from home and most of my driving is in-town to run errands (although I am jonesing to take the Volt on a road trip - right now my wife’s CUV is our road trip vehicle). Hertz was a shit company before they went bankrupt. This is not surprising.
FYI though, Puerto Rico requires proof of vaccination + 2 weeks, or a negative PCR test. Failure to do those will result in a $300 fine and quarantine until a negative test result arrives (fine will be waived if the negative test result arrives within 72 hours)
There’s a Kia dealer in Florida, Hollywood Kia, that regularly has used exotics and high end luxury cars for sale.
Oddly enough, no issues with the power locks on my Mk3. Just the windows. I got so sick of replacing the motors and regulators, that I had my mechanic do a handcrank conversion.
