Already did. Replacing the filter was more involved than other cars, but not difficult.

My wife and I bought a 16 year old beater CR-V last summer (then 15 years old) for road trip use that had 120k miles. With the amount of black mold and a few bugs in the cabin air filter, I’m beyond certain it was the original one/

This is important, but don’t forget the cabin air filter - that’s the air you breathe.  That’s literally the first thing I’ve done on every used car I’ve ever bought. Before fluids, before tires, before engine air filter - I replace the cabin air filter.
