I actually posted a little (and incomplete) collection of the wedge concepts and production cars of the late 60s/early 70s over on imgur on Friday:

I’ll give kudos to Kia because this and the Telluride (Palisade, too) both have a more upright front grill than most other SUVs/XUVs out there. At least gives them the appearance of more of a truck.

When do we stop giving manufacturers credit for their EV efforts for just having a bunch of concepts?

Why did they even bother putting camo over it? It looks EXACTLY like one would expect if they’ve followed any of these new XUV releases: brand front-fascia/grill, brand taillights, round middle, profit.

I fought a red-light ticket in Chicago by downloading the video, counting the frames from the time It went from green to yellow and yellow to red. It ended up being 3 frames shy of the 3-second mandate (which 3 seconds is BS anyway).

Walter Payton did some IMSA (for Paul Newman) and TransAm racing.

They’ve had rotary sports cars, rotary sedans, rotary pick-up trucks... So what are they missing??? A rotary crossover, of course!

Good. A well established sports-car company should beat a sedan from a company that’s been around a decade-ish. Tesla should still get credit for Porsche having to chase them (pun intended).

You’re going to be my murder victim, Bart...
...in our school production of Lizzie Borden. Starring Martin Prince as Lizzie Borden!

I’d love it if Bond got back into a Lotus. Just to change things up a little bit. Moore was never in an Aston; So this is not that far out there. Of course, Lotus might be required to come up with something (actually) new for it to be worth the endorsement payout.

When we were in Rome for our Honeymoon in 2017, someone had poured red dye into the the Trevi Fountain as a form of protest. Subsequently they shut the fountain off. That might be my only chance to have seen the Trevi Fountain in all its glory, but some asshat ruined that for me.

You can DL a high res version of it from the LoC. Print it, frame it. Done!

Jack Delano did a lot of these photos.

Exactly my thought after reading this totally representative headline.

It was Hertz in Milan. I think their Performance Collection or something.

Contrary to the first paragraph of the story, I don’t think the 124 got a ton of love on this site... or at least every time it was complimented, that was quickly followed with a “but, Miata something something.”

Let’s not forget Sweetness, Walter Payton.

I had an ‘03 350z and then an ‘05 RX-8 GT that I bought new. Apples and oranges. Loved them both. Obviously the Z had more power, but the RX-8 handled like it was on rails. At the Joliet Autobahn I was catching Vettes and Vipers in the twisty bits.

That second (video of a) video drone footage shows a LOT more room between the 488 and the F50. Also makes it look like the F50 was going at a good clip. It definitely makes me lean a little more to the side of this being more the F50's fault.

Chicago got them 2 weekends ago... Well, its a 4-month trial period that allowed TEN different companies to bring 250 scooters each. The area available is kind of limited. I guess the city will allow whatever vendor gives the city the biggest kickback.
