I tried to teach my girlfriend on my ‘98 M Roadster a while back. The was her worst example; she did get better:

Sorry, looks like you need to post this to Factually:

You know what doesn’t need a ton of airflow when compared to gas engines? Electric engines. You know what does need a decent amount of airflow? Brakes on a 0-60 in sub 4 second car. Those wheels are brutal in a complete-lack-of-understanding-mechanics way.

This from the ad:

Mmm... no B-pillar... drool.

Two things;
-The interior may be small to sit in, yes, but the car overall has become very large.
-At 6' tall I still like MG Midgets, TR6s, and Sunbeam Alpines. So my opinion may (should?) mean nothing.

100% agree. The Z cars are close to my heart as I have an M. Also, I’m obsessed with the the v12 e38.

In this vein; I would love a Z2 that is similar in size to the the Miata, Fiat 124, E36/7 Z3, etc.

The Z4 had become far too large; waddling into GT territory.

I’ve woken up after a night of drinking with the equivalent of a used Dodge Dart... so yes, I can imagine it.

Yeah, but then you go to your profile... 0 followers.

I swear I saw this driving around Chicago a couple days ago as well.

Great point about ride-sharing jobs being spread thinly. It’s not like a Detroit where its economy was based solely on one industry. There’s no town or area that’s only industry is ride-sharing.

omg, the link to the definition, hilarious! Thank you.

We found the Malthusian economist! ;)

“Caterwauling” is such a great word, and I don’t use it enough.

It is a strange form of narcissism to say that “no, we are in an unprecedented age unlike ANY other.”

OK.

I need to buy a car.
-Do you care about cars at all?
-No. -> Camry

When every article on Gizmodo is about how awful Uber treats their drivers, what do you expect Uber to do? You must have realized that there was another option besides Uber being forced to pay more to its drivers.
