Except they did. The Porsche 911 GT1 also had a similar crash at the Petit.

You're cheating on the Lexus LF-A...

What are we to suspect from the next generation XK? I have ALWAYS been a fan of the XK since high school, when my football coach/assistant principal owned one. I would love to see where the evolution of the XK goes.

Hopefully, if this does become the Supra, we will see the return of the high-powered rotary Mazda and the resurrection of the 3000GT from Mitsubishi. Just imagine it, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, and Mitsubishi battling it out again for Japanese super car supremacy.

Gotta imagine how the deputy isn't going to live this down at all for a few years.

They are coming out with more power. 315hp? No. 250hp? Maybe.

You obviously don't get why the GT-86 twins were built. It's hilarious how the twins get ridiculed for not having enough power, yet the Miata isn't even once trashed for it's extremely low power compared to the Toyobaru twins.

Morris Minor

Uh he never said it outhandled the Miatas. You might want to reread his comment.

So this is about forgotten Porsche motorsports program, and people forget about their SuperGT/JGTC cars lol...

So you're telling me, some "fan" who happens to own a GT500, went onto a race track that has hundreds of cars on it daily, happened to be on the track on a day where no one was driving on it? Funny, because only manufacturers have the money in order to rent the track out for the whole day.

Now playing
