Very few people did support her without caveats. There was never much of a foundation for anyone to undermine. That was the problem. We lost the election as soon as she was nominated. Our side outnumbers theirs and we win by driving turnout, not by converting some Republicans here and there.

Are you sure? That time portal could UNLEASH AN UNSPEAKABLE EVIL so you might be better off waiting.

I read the whole article and I'm still not aware. Can't make heads or tails of it. So not only am I dumber now, I've also gained nothing. It's a debacle.

He wasn't much of a prog fan either. Any kind of goofiness was tedious to him. It was Springsteen or Stones or fuck you.

So, everything that involves socialism is Nazi? Nazis were a flash in the pan, socialism has shown a lot more staying power. I love how the nationalist half of Nazi ideology always gets skipped in this sort of analysis. Nope— you're either objecitivist or you're just like Russia and Nazi Germany combined, as if

Some guy walked up to me at a party and said "Red Dawn changed my life."

Safe spaces are harmful though. Is it wrong to hurt people? Yes. Will it still happen? Yes. So there's no benefit in fake sanctuary. People have to learn to deal with other people's words. It's part of growing up and nothing can change that. Delaying that lesson only makes it worse.

That's what I liked about Keaton's Bruce Wayne. There was no mask. It was easy to figure out he was Batman, show him a little affection and he'll tell you all about it. He built this shit just to get laid. He didn't need to, but he thought he needed to, so he did. Because he's crazy.

They Live is better than I remembered. "I figured it would be something like this."

I live near the Arab part of town and I've been shopping at their grocery stores more often. Great deals on spices, the best deals.

I watched both Burton/Keaton Batman movies this week. I hadn't seen either one since their heyday. Cannot overstate how hyped those movies were back then, and the hype had made it impossible for me to fully appreciate them. They're a lot more creative than any of the superhero movies today. Better than Dark

Usually I'm thinking of Jodeci.

I like the bridge where she's just plain screaming.

You mean John Voight.

Roaches think they're God's vacuum cleaner. But because they poop everywhere, they're not very effective. They really just process filth-A into filth-B.
