Sadly, I think you are wrong. I think that hate is just a much stronger motivator than anything else (i.e., logic, love, rational governance theory, economics, compassion for your fellow man, etc.)

It’s a shame she didn’t stick around a few months longer to see Trump get his butt kicked but at the very least she lived long enough to see most of her causes die pathetic wheezing deaths.

I honestly think that part of being a member of the GOP is having a very under-developed sense of empathy. They can ONLY understand experiences they have personally gone through.
