It depends on the crime I believe, some things have a standard set bail amount and you can get out before going before the judge. The pic in the first tweet shows the bail was $20,000 so I’m guessing that part is true. I just can’t believe he is claiming he’s never even heard of bail, how bizarre.

I completely agree. When a child dies because of abuse or neglect, to say the death is punishment enough is really devaluing that child’s life. Parents need to know their kids are not toys or accessories they can do whatever they want with.
