People really need to start asking, “In what context would your comments have been acceptable?” when this shitty attempt to excuse shitty comments is dragged out.

Out of context = “I’m sorry you thought I was victim blaming because I was victim blaming but I wasn’t victim blaming.”

Her orginal statement basically said that women are partially to be blamed for sexual assault, because women since “time immemorial” have tried to make themselves attractive to men. So essentially women have to choose between looking pretty vs not being raped.

Oh, fuck off, Angela, you and your B.S. “out of context”. From all the shitty excuses of assholes caught talking with their heads up their asses, the “out of context” is the most aggravating, because it dares to blame the listener, despite we all have perfectly understood the ignorant jerk’s words.

Oh c’mon now—her being 92, of a different generation and mindset, had at least a little to do with it. Or some. Or a lot.

“The words that I said were not meant to be taken as the words that I said. I’m offended that anyone would think otherwise.”

Yeah, same. I’m fancy because I read books and like to cook things that don’t come from a box. Also, I’m a flaming liberal who is miles more successful than they are, but I’m the asshole. I wasn’t an asshole when you accepted money from me. But no more. To a person, they’re trump voters. My brother asked me for

Yeah, it was his “last two days” comment that really pushed me over the edge. Dude, you’ve been assaulting women for years, why has it only been the past two days that you’ve taken a “hard look at [your] troubling flaws”??? Oh yeah, that’s right, it’s because THAT’S WHEN YOU GOT CAUGHT.

Your comment is extremely upsetting to me. I know nothing of Lauer’s kids but I don’t wish this upon any child. Finding out, along with the world, that your father is a preditor is probably very upsetting and difficult. I could not imagine being in his shoes. My empathy for the kids does not take away one ounce of

Poor Armie Hammer. I can’t imagine the pain and turmoil he’s going through by being called white and privileged. How dare anyone not mistake his utter mediocrity for genius?

Seriously. I just...don’t. I replace words depending on the context or don’t sing one word. It literally means nothing to me that I don’t sing a specific word and it means a lot to someone else so the math is pretty easy there.

You can’t say that word, white people.

Yo there are a TON of white girls mad in these comments, lmao. Don’t say the N-word - not that hard white people!!!!!!!

I don’t know why it’s so hard for white people to understand that the word is not for them. This whole thread is mind-boggling.

And once again, there are black people on this post TELLING US how they feel about the use of that word by us white people, and there are idiots STILL arguing with them. Listen to what people tell you, dammit. IT IS NOT OKAY.

So...black people should censor themselves in creating an artwork so white people don’t have to censor themselves while they sing along. Got it.

How many times does Jay-Z have to confirm what Beyonce already told us?

I’ve been safely saying that. I didn’t know there was any debate.

I never understanding people thinking this way. I’m not Beyonce stan but have followed her career since DC; and if you listen to Lemonade, it was way to personal for her for that to just be a producer thing.
