i did think of some sort of medical specimen.
odd.

when roger breaks down at the end it was an unexpected little gut punch after his usual facade rolled on for 90% of the ep.

whatever is going on there…it's erie and not in a good way.
the black hair makes it look even worse.

"8 men out" wasn't too shabby either.

that fat make up on betty is freaking me out even worse than what comes out of her mouth.

whatever he said his diction was terrible….shoulda worked on that off camera.

you would think that a movie about telekinesis would be tailor made for cgi effects…and yet it looks completely cheesy.

agree.  moretz looks like the coolest kid in class and far too knowing…spacek looked very much the traumatized outcast.

what about that show mid men?  mad man?  what was it again?

could just be nostalgia for a certain time but i prefer yoshimi to soft bulletin (and zaireeka as well)…something about the vibe. catchy, sweet, accessibly trippy, etc.  more hardcore fans probably feel the opposite….

i think any film/tv that can truly be spoiled by the reveal of a plot point is probably not very good.

i've heard the same thing…thankfully have not experienced it personally.

april rules on multiple levels.

In the world of long form podcasts i feel like these late night shows have lost all relevance (to me anyway).  the promotions tour interviews are brief and superficial compared to what you can get on many podcasts.
the roots are kinda fun tho.

happily married to christie frickin brinkley for god's sake.

he is punchworthy and then some.
as usual ron's logic is consistent.
he wanted to punch jamm not out of rage but more out of a sense of it being the most logical, straightforward, and appropriate thing to do in the situation.

april: the truth is stupid.

covering a complete pink floyd album was the first straw…this is the last.
i'm gonna go listen to yoshimi and smile.

i'm mad late to this party…but just wanted to say this is probably the best new show i have seen in quite some time.
great writing, performances and a refined cinematic look.
good stuff.

mudhoney is still a band….good to know.
