true enough.  i just wonder if saul is either 1)to be killed in this ep b4 he can reveal the video 2)if he is a double agent or if 3)the tape goes public but brody is somehow able to talk himself out of it and continue his political career.
the problem as i see it is that all 3 of these scenarios would seem to stumble

re Walking Dead: here's to hoping they improved the writing on this show.  It was pretty dire last season.

re Homeland: it was surprising to see such an end of season type scenario (discovery of secret suicide/murder video) so early on…i wonder how they will write themselves out of it?  if they don't do it well it's going to hurt the suspension of disbelief thingy.

cronenberg was never a list winner kind of director…sad but true.  lost highway is definitely considered one of lynch's weakest (although i definitely like it) so maybe not surprised by that either.

@paraclete_pizza:disqus nah….i've seen every ep and love em… but from what i remember you only see his ex wife for 4 eps in this most recent season….so the question never occurred to me until now….honestly the first time the actress appeared this season i thought she took care of the kids but was not his ex wife.

i kept wanting him to at least give her at least a partial explanation on that one….he acquitted himself pretty honorably in that he did his best and then found out he was just being used as a bargaining chip against 2 of the biggest superstars in comedy (letterman and seinfeld).  it's not really that embarrassing.
