Compared to other Miatas I can find of a similar age with an automatic, they all have thousands of miles more on the odo, and all have thousands of dollars more on the price tag.
Not exactly balloons:
I have found my people. Maybe not the Sube quite so much but the early Malaise era econoboxes? Everywhere, like fleas.
The license plate means nothing
I have come to the conclusion that Tesla prices are whole cloth. The cars are built almost entirely by robots and disaffected, unemployed former Starbucks baristas and one overworked engineer. The prices are set by a complex mechanism, the workings of which are governed by an algorithm taking in factors such as the…
Yes. There’s a bit of cognitive dissonance going on here so don’t poke the brain too hard.
The inspiration behind it:
Compared to prices on BaT this is absolutely a steal. There’s only been two Z600s on BaT in the past year, both projects. One went for $2000 and the other $6000. Another Z600 was on in 2020 looking maybe a bit better than this one and didn’t sell at $7000.

And you wouldn’t break the bank doing it. I mean...look at it.
Ah, the ringer.
I humbly submit that there will be little Musk grandbabies living on Uranus before anything with the name Chevette sells well.
Meh.
The usual complaints that I associate with these things is electricals and a lot of little hassle leaks. Leaks you can fix. Electricals, well. At least it’s negative ground. After that, get to tracing and chasing and good luck.
What the hell.
I like big buses and I cannot lie!
That’s a lot of money for not a lot of car.
