Or if you are against abortion, how about making it so that everyone is given a proper, comprehensive sex education and easy and cheap access to birth control and sexual health care. Guarantee with those things, the abortion rate will drastically drop.

If you’re anti-abortion but respect that it’s your personal decision and are cool with letting others do whatever they want because they ALSO get to make that personal decision, by all means join us.

Any stories that Jezebel publishes about money and poverty as it relates to all kinds of women are stories I want to read. There’s so much shame and secrecy about finances in our culture, and stories like this have a way of lancing those boils and making everything clearer and easier for everybody.
