Have you ever heard of this thing called money?

Two counts of assault, one count of harassment, one count of aggravated harassment and one count of attempted assault are HILARIOUS!
Enough people watched it to warrant a sequel, the only metric that matters.
It would’ve worked better with something other than Archie Bunker’s Place. It wasn’t great or particularly memorable, but it did run four seasons. Now, had you substituted Joanie Loves Chachi or The Tortellis...
Norman Lear was on Gilbert Gottfried’s podcast six years ago when he was but a lad of 95, and he was as sharp as it gets. I don’t think his influence can ever be overstated.
Who would pay for that when we have this thing called “the rest of the internet”?
On my Roku stick, when I logged in the first time all I got was a welcome screen. What I did to fix things was go back to the main Roku menu, select the HBO Max app without launching it, then press the asterisk button the remote and select Update. It updated the app immediately and it worked fine after that.
That actually makes perfect sense. When using a browser, the software is downloaded each time you access the site. For devices like Roku or Fire Sticks, you need to update the app.
Yeah, Marvel is well past the point where they need to make their movies accessible to new audiences.
I’d be OK if it were in the current Picard time frame so they can have some familiar characters drop in, like Dean of Engineering Barclay.
The best thing they can do is have Deanna free herself without Will’s help. I want to see her take charge and kick ass like when she had to command the Enterprise, and maybe have her save Will in the process as well.
Tribbles, the Bounty, Voyager, Enterprise A, Genesis. Can’t help but think the episode will require multiple rewatches to catch the rest of the obvious and not-so-obvious Easter eggs...
I can’t agree with the Geordi theory, his daughters would have caught on immediately. As for Deanna though, that’s certainly a possibility but we have to wait until next week to find out. We know Will would know immediately, but Vadic probably doesn’t know he’d know...
I just can’t believe that Starfleet would not have removed the cloaking device from the HMS Bounty, especially since it was somehow turned on after it sank to the bottom of San Francisco Bay making it hard to find. What else could they have overlooked? Maybe there are still photon torpedoes loaded on the New Jersey...
For realism, yes, Joan Rivers was the ceiling. Granted, 99.9% of today’s comedians would kill for Joan Rivers’ relative level of fame and success.
This! I’d never heard of her or seen her in anything before Maisel, and I could tell she was going to break out big time. A few years and an Oscar nomination later, I can say I underestimated her.
My wife was there. Granted, it was ten years before we met.
KTLA in Los Angles now shows news continuously from 4am to 7pm except for a one-hour talk show at 2pm hosted by their 4am-7am anchors. Granted, a test pattern is an improvement over Springer, Povich and judge shows.
Work killed Gowron in combat and could have been chancellor of the Klingon Empire has he wanted it. That was a huge win and a hard prize to turn down.
Not only that, but how the hell could she hide a pregnancy while being head of Starfleet Medical? Does she just tell everyone “Hey, if you see Capt. Picard, don’t tell him I’m pregnant” won’t fly.
