I mean, I’ve listened to a few of the isolated bass tracks of the Beatles’ songs and I think he plays the bass very intuitively, smartly, and effectively, but not particularly skillfully. I would not call him the “worst bass player I ever heard,” but it all sounds pretty simple to me! 

Good lyricists (not 100% of the time obviously) but not good musicians.

Sorry for being unclear, and thanks for the info! What I mean is, we have the technology to prevent pregnancies most of the time and we don’t educate the population and grant them easy enough access to it, which should be a top healthcare priority!
