This was like seven years ago and I still remember his messages starting almost normal then devolving into that of a madman. I know there wasn’t much I could do, but I still occasionally think oh crap I hope that guy didn’t escalate to hate crimes or terrorism.

Watching fox all day is exactly why they consider themselves “centrist”. They get a steady drip feed of “progressive taxation (etc) is RADICAL” all day, every day.

I once talked to a guy on OkCupid who was a “western nationalist”. He sent about a million messages explaining why it’s not the same as white supremacy. But it sounded pretty much the same as white supremacy to me.

If he’s seriously reformed, I think he owes it to the country to be much more public about it. Explain his reasons and show that he understands why his previous positions were so awful. He wasn’t just some random conservative who saw the error of his ways, he was a white nationalist leader.

Absolutely. I also completely believe her. Given the $15 million payment that they came up with in 10 minutes it seems pretty obvious that they were following this in the internet even though they weren’t supposed to.

Is she referring to the jury that probably broke the rules and read about the trial on the internet and discussed with friends and family when they were specifically told not to? The same jury that took less than 10 minutes to come up with a $15 million penalty for her?  Well, she’s a lot more forgiving than I am.…

Holy, way to bury the lede on that Ezra Miller story. The more I hear about this guy, the worse of a person he appears to be. I think we’ll see the Flash movie come out, since there’s already so much money and time invested in it, but I expect he won’t continue in the role after that.

Are you under the impression that our criminal justice system is infallible? Plenty of people are convicted by a jury who are later found to be innocent.
