I refuse to sleep on high fluffy pillows. My very old and very flat pillow is the only one I can fall asleep on. If I have to I revert to no pillow at all.

@kafata: No the post meant that Firefox 3 (the current release) using tab mix plus can recover them. But in the Firefox 3 (the current release) if you close a window full of tabs you're out of luck.

@Bert Bronaugh: You have to pay for it but it gives you a template to print out and fill out with the letters. The easiest thing I can think of is to screenshot parts of Halo and photoshop those letters into the template. Tedious work but might be worth it to put the icing on the cake.

@nka: now that would be fantastic although i would imagine that would involve actually cracking the software which no one has done yet.

10 bucks is pretty steep (for an update that seems mostly geared towards iPhones). I think it's worth it for the touch. Unless there's some behind the scenes updates and bug fixes that can make me not have to spend 3 hours to restore my ipod just to get it in working condition (for some reason copying 20 gigs of music

I'm a huge fan of the Mark Rippetoe workout. It is by far the one program thats given me the largest gains. It's geared towards the beginner and is very simple

@Derek Lockovich: while a fun way of pushing yourself and it is a great goal to have. JUST doing pushups will negatively impact your body. Just working your chest will cause muscle imbalances. Try to have a more balanced workout routine instead of just doing pushups.

This reminds me of my friend whos done crazy stuff with ductape. Hes made a dozens of wallets, a purse, and ipod covers.

@uscdb: I have the Eurostile pack and none seem to get the same effect. I'd love to get my hands on his config file

I would imagine they would work more like kettlebells than dumbbells. If anyone tries this (I've used milk jugs in the past) I suggest looking up kettlebell exercises rather than dumbbell.

While I applaud the notion behind this, portion control is really simply the biggest thing. A hamburger isn't going to fill you up like, say a Quarter Pounder. I eat to get full (which is mostly the problem). Most people don't think of a "hamburger and small fry" as a "meal". That's something you get in a kids meal.
