I just thought of a new drink to go with it: Make a manhattan in an oversized shot glass, drop it in a higball filled with sake. Drink this twice, then tell the world you did it so no one has to ever again.

This game strikes a nice balance for caps, IMO. I get enough that I’m never short on caps for ammo and building materials, but I’ve got to really save up for those rare inventory items. Keeps things interesting, as opposed to skyrim where I was nearing one million gold and still hadn’t maxed out my bartering.
Luckily I hardly ever used the infinite caps glitch. I did do it a few times, but do I really want to spend 5 minutes tapping to get a thousand caps? Also I hardly ever buy out sell anything anyway. I scavenge for everything I use, like armor, meds and guns. I scavenge so bad I needed all four strong back perk levels…
Why don’t they just make the whole plane out of peppermint bark?
You could always use the pip boy app on an iPad.
Well-played.
Common, not Commons. There's only one.
This is so clearly a troll petition, I am really surprised at the ongoing coverage it is getting. From the petition:
I’ve fought at least three Legendary Deathclaws with skulls next to their names. Those things are scary as hell, but with a nice Super Sledge and good blocking, it can be done.
It just means they are a higher level than you. Usually they are bosses, or legendary, but the skull symbol just means they are higher than you.
No, the skull icon means they are a higher level than you. It doesn't mean they are a boss, but often times they are.
According to the game (in one of those little notes during the long loading screen), skulls are for enemies above your level that might be to tough for you right then.
Haha I had a feeling it was gonna be this dude. I tend to spam VATS while walking in new areas and it highlighted his body sticking out of the ground. I quicksaved, shot it and realised there was no way my high INT, low STR was gonna match this dude so I hid behind a truck and found he had a distance limit that I…
I made the mistake of exploring Fallout 3 before doing the main quest. I ended up skipping a lot of story accidentally by finding vault 112 way before I was supposed to.
There are no Skills in Fallout 4, so it no longer fills that role. It does boost your rate of XP gain, however, and for once that’s not useless - there’s no level cap.
Oddly, in FO4, you have less SPECIAL points to start with than in FO3 and NV. You can’t even get all stats to 5 I think. Makes me wonder if the game includes lots of opportunities to increase your SPECIAL stats especially considering how the perk system is supposedly replacing the skill system.
Am I the only one who just throws points at Luck in an effort to play a complete doofus who blindly and constantly stumbles into success? Anyone? Bueller?
