I agree with you, but the larger point is that that's how politics is. Like in business (or show business), there are the cardboard cutouts that are intended for public consumption (see also: Roberts, Julia), and when the media leaves the room, the masks come off and the truth gets told. See, Mellie should actually

Harrison or somebody would gripe about some despicable client and Olivia
would say “We need the money,” at least acknowledging the general idea
that businesses need income to operate.

“…look, he’s more than just a doucheface!”

…the final episode of his show will be December 18.

It is our duty to the world.

We do try…

Sometimes it has felt that sketches are a bit long on the build-up. The PSA was a little more plodding that Georgina and Esther. "I Said Bitch" was just as long as either of those, but it got to the point much faster and the build was out rather than up.

Comedy is subjective…

Somehow I think that's what Jordan was going for. It was the first thing that came to my mind, anyway.

I did like the tone that the Caribbean True Blood sketch set. I was looking for the left turn and actually missed it (for once).

I'm a detail geek and I happily admit it. I did go onto Google maps IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOWN HALL. There is still no bowling alley in Montauk. There was a bowling alley in East Hampton, but it's closed. The nearest bowling alley to Montauk is, in fact, in Riverhead.

Yes, but those lawyers are also all prosecutors who are specifically trying to avoid giving people like Annalise that opening. And they're not young and stupid, almost to a man.

Does Fitz really believe Jake killed Jerry? And even if it is a genuine belief, how was it formed?

…I really appreciate its honest depiction of how fucked up the legal system is when it comes to domestic violence cases.

I don't think the subject is likely to be revisited on the show, for one, and within the continuity, I don't think the kid is likely to provoke such a reaction from Dre anyway.

Oh, I don't think he'll hear it again.

(Also, if Freak Show is going to do a musical number ever week and not give one of those numbers to Patti LaBelle, then Freak Show can just fuck right off.)

My father has been disappointed in me pretty much continuously since I was twelve. I just learned to live with it.

I guess I'm fortunate that my brother and I didn't have Hot Weels. We just got the belt. Unless we were at our grandmother's house. She's the one who had the switches on the bush outside the back door.
