If Lewis was slowing him down so badly, Nico should have just passed him. Nico has complained all season about Lewis backing him up into the trailing pack, but can never catch Lewis for a pass.

Agreed. I’m anti-Hamilton but he pulled off the only strategy he had and he did it admirably. Disobeying team orders shouldn’t cost him much since it all worked out in the end for Mercedes. Toto should give him a few extra PR events to do since he loves those so much.

1) Shorten pit lane, have it cut the track, or allow greater speeds in the pits. Pit strategy matters because pit times are so long. Races would be more interesting with shorter pit gaps.
